Yes! At Ellevate Wellness and Enhanced Aesthetics, we now offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so we can process your claim!

Parking is available along Liverpool Road.

October 1 – May 1:
Paid parking is not enforced along Liverpool Road, so you can park freely.

May 1 – October 1 (Waterfront Parking Season):
Parking rules are in effect daily from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

• Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
  • First 2 hours are free on most residential streets (you must still register your vehicle by scanning QR code or initiating session on app)
  • After 2 hours: $2.50/hour 
• After 5:00 PM & Weekends:
  • $5.00/hour
  • Maximum parking time: 6 hours per session 

Parking can be purchased in 15-minute increments. To start your session, simply scan the QR code on nearby lamp posts or inside our clinic—your total will be shown before you confirm.

Please note: Free 2-hour parking does not apply to municipal lots.

Yes! All of our therapists and doctors are registered with their profession's regulatory college. 

There is still more research to be done; however, empirical data obtained through scientific research has shown positive results using platelet-rich plasma for hair restoration. Below is an article discussing one study and its results.

For most chiropractic and naturopathic appointments, undressing is not necessary. For massage therapy, the client can undress to the level of their comfort, or not at all if that is what they prefer. You never have to remove any clothing if you are not comfortable doing so.
